About Us: Kelli's Cookies was established in the spring of 1998 with the love of baking, influenced by my Grandma Norma, and the passion from within to create the best cookies on earth. I wanted to make cookies that not only tasted great, but ones, that were healthier than most others. To begin with, we only use fresh egg whites in our cookies, since all the fat and cholesterol hide in the egg yolk. This also contributes to a softer and moister cookie. We use real butter in our cookies, not margarine, which gives them superior taste with no trans fats!!! There are NO preservatives in our cookies and we are proud to say you won't find any ingredients in them that you can't pronounce! A new line of sugar-free cookies was created in 2006 for the millions of diabetics who deserve to indulge in a cookie too! These are also made with fresh egg whites and sweetened with Maltitol, a natural sweetener derived from corn, not chemicals. In addition, we have developed my newest favorite cookie: a delicious, all natural "Breakfast" cookie. Made with Kashi® cereal, crunchy walnuts, dried cranberries and protein powder, it is an ideal breakfast for busy people who want a delicious, nutritious meal on the go.
